The teams that work in our BLS units are medically trained clinicians who can quickly assess patients’ needs, provide continuous medical supervision or monitoring and help stabilize patients in emergency situations.
Basic Life Support Services
Critical Care offers specialized care for patients who require additional medical expertise, including neonatal patients as well as pediatric intensive care patients. Patients receive the proper care and monitoring from a trained medical professional during their transport.
Specialty/Critical Care
Our event-based service delivery experience is wide-ranging, from single EMT coverage for smaller private events to complex EMS deployments with dozens of resources to include standby ambulances, response teams on foot or medical cart, staffing for first aid clinics, and control activities.
Working closely with AMR, the prime EMS contractor with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide ground ambulance, paratransit services and non-ambulance EMS personnel to supplement the federal and military response to a disaster, act of terrorism or any other public health emergency.

Dialysis Appointments
Our teams provide specialized care to ensure patients transition safely from the hospital to their home or another care facility. We ensure clients have a comfortable, stress-free discharge experience with various medical needs.
Hospital Discharges
